SUBJECT OF THE LAWSUIT: It consists of a request for termination of the lease agreement. And eviction of the defendant due to the expiration of a fixed-term lease agreement.
INCIDENTS :
1- The defendant ……………., my client ………….which belongs to and ………… province, …………. In the apartment located in the district ……………. According to the dated lease agreement, he lives as a tenant and still every month ………. TL pays rent.
2- The lease agreement between the defendant and my client …. Dec.. in the article; “the lease agreement was concluded for one year, and if the parties agree at the end of each lease term, the lease agreement will be considered extended for one year, and if one of the parties wants to terminate the contract, it may terminate the lease agreement by notifying the other party at least one month before the July 1 date when the lease term expires,” it is stated.

4- The defendant, the notification in question ………. Although he personally notified it on his date, he has not evicted the rented place. And has not paid the rent until today. In this regard, it has become necessary to open this case for the eviction of the defendant and the termination of the lease agreement.
