SUBJECT OF THE LAWSUIT: It consists of a request for termination of the lease agreement. And eviction of the defendant due to the expiration of a fixed-term lease agreement.

INCIDENTS :

1- The defendant ……………., my client ………….which belongs to and ………… province, …………. In the apartment located in the district ……………. According to the dated lease agreement, he lives as a tenant and still every month ………. TL pays rent.

2- The lease agreement between the defendant and my client ….
