INCIDENTS :
1- The accused …………. my client has filed a lawsuit against ………. ………. …. With the claim that he will receive. ………. (……………..) TL ………/… Is sent as a general Octet with a numbered tracking file. It belongs to the Enforcement Directorate. However, due to the fact that the debt on the promissory note, which is the basis for enforcement proceedings, was previously paid by my client, the entire debt was objected to and the enforcement proceedings were stopped.
2- In the face of the suspension of the enforcement proceedings. The creditor applied to the Enforcement Enforcement Authority Judge. And the Enforcement Judge decided to temporarily lift the objection due to my client’s inability to show the receipts for paying to the bank.
3- However, my client has now received the bank’s annual statements. And has paid his debt to the creditor, as will be clearly seen here. As a result of the examination by your honor. It will be seen that my client has paid his debt. According to the Article, 69 of the guarantees required to be deposited have been delivered to the court teller of the PD and a copy has been attached here.
4- Due to the temporary disappearance of the objection made by my client despite paying the creditor’s debt ………… Accordingly, it has become necessary to open a case for postponement of this debt.
