FACTS: 1- The Customer ………. and the defendant ……….. she got engaged about 1 year ago. Although their relationship was very good during their engagement, the defendant informed his client that he had broken off the engagement about a month ago without giving any reason and without giving any justification.
2- My client gave the following items to the defendant as an engagement gift both at the engagement ceremony and during the engagement period. However, the need to file this lawsuit arose due to the defendant’s refusal to return the engagement gifts in question despite my client’s verbal requests.
3- The engagement gifts and amounts given by the client to the defendant are as follows;
