FACTS : 1- Our institution, which is authorized and authorized to audit foundations according to the law, has determined that there are deviations from the purpose of the foundation.
2- Despite the fact that the board of directors of the foundation in question has been warned many times before, contrary attitudes and behaviors continue. These behaviors divert the foundation from its purpose and lead to arbitrary practices.
