THE SUBJECT OF THE CASE : The request to change the purpose of the foundation.
FACTS : 1- According to his foundation ……………… the purpose of the foundation established under his name is to provide educational services for “Secondary School” children who cannot go to school by their own means vehicle.
2- However, due to the change made in the National Education legislation today. Secondary school has been made compulsory and they have been allowed to attend school.
3- Therefore, since the original purpose of the founder in the official deed of the foundation no longer exists, we believe that the dedication of the foundation to high school students is in accordance with the original purpose of the founder.
For this reason, it has become mandatory to make this request in order to change the purpose of the foundation.
