SUBJECT OF THE CASE : Request for the return of the gift from the testator (……. TL)
EVENTS : 1- The plaintiff’s clients are the heirs of the deceased ………….. The defendant is the person appointed as the testamentary creditor by the will of the deceased.
2- According to the will of the deceased, will was paid to defendant on time. However, later a large unknown debt of the heir emerged and this debt was paid by the heirs, that is, the plaintiffs. This payment constituted an infringement on the hidden shares of the heirs. And the receivables of the testamentary payee had to be subject to equalization.
For this reason, it has become necessary to open this lawsuit in order to offset the two thousand pounds paid to the testamentary creditor.

EVIDENCE : Inheritance decision, debt paying documents, witness statements and all kinds of evidence.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST : According to the reasons and evidence presented above. I request the acceptance of the case and the cancellation of the TL part of the will made to the defendant (……), paying the costs and attorney’s fees to the defendant.
