SUBJECT OF LAWSUIT : It consists of the defendant’s request to decide on the collection of the costs of the independent section.
FACTS : 1- The defendant is the owner of the apartment building numbered (X) on the immovable property on ………, …………… neighborhood, …………… neighborhood, ……….. street. ……… block, parcel.
2- The defendant has not paid the apartment fee for 4 months. The monthly apartment fee for the defendant’s share is 150 TL. Although he was warned many times, he did not pay this money.
Therefore, it has become compulsory to file this lawsuit.
LEGAL GROUNDS
EVIDENCE : Title deed, expert report, discovery and all kinds of legal evidence.
CONCLUSION AND DEMAND : For the reasons stated above, we respectfully request and demand that our lawsuit be accepted and that the defendant’s share of the four-month apartment fee be decided to be collected with interest for a total of 600 TL. and that the defendant be held responsible for trial costs and attorney’s fees.
