FACTS : 1- While the plaintiff was married to his client ………………, the regime of participation in acquired property was applied between them and as a result of the liquidation made upon the death of his wife,
The plaintiff was entitled to the participation share to be received from his deceased wife.
2- However, estate of the deceased spouse is not sufficient to meet the participation receivable. Since defendant also benefited from assets of his deceased spouse due to gratuitous acquisition. It was necessary to apply to him for the missing part.
For this reason, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit for the collection of the plaintiff client’s deficient participation claim from the defendant.

CONCLUSION AND DEMAND : According to the reasons and evidence presented above, I respectfully request and demand that the lawsuit be accepted and that ….. (….)
