LAWSUIT : Regarding the request to convene the general assembly meeting.
EXPLANATIONS : 1- The plaintiff client is a member of the association ……………. with the number …….
2- The board of directors of the said association consists of ……….. persons according to the bylaws of the association. However, appointments were made from the reserves in the memberships that occurred for various reasons. But it has now fallen below half of the full number of members stipulated in the law.
3- According to Article 84 of the FM, the remaining members of the board of directors or supervisory board are required to call a general assembly meeting within one month, but no call has been made to date.
In order for the general assembly to convene and elect the remaining members. It has become mandatory to make this request to call the general assembly to convene.
