SUBJECT : It includes a request for a restriction decision due to alcohol addiction and consists of the submission of our petition.
OUR EXPLANATIONS
1-) Our client currently resides at …… address, is married and … has children.
2-) Due to the deterioration of his business due to the economic crisis, he has been in serious economic difficulties for the last … year. This economic hardship, which he is still experiencing, has also disrupted relations in the family over time and eventually caused his wife to settle down with her own family, taking the joint children with her.
3-) After our client had to close his business, he had to sell his field and shop in order to pay his debts. However, the money he received from the sale could only cover part of his debts. Due to the problems he has been experiencing, he has become increasingly dependent on alcohol, which he drinks only for pleasure on good days, and has reached a level that can be called alcoholic. The persons concerned, whose names are included in the witness list submitted in October of our petition in relation to this situation, will also give explanations about the situation, if deemed appropriate by your court. By the way, at the address where he started working at the minimum wage, Kain was fired from his workplace …/…/… because of alcohol on Dec. After this date, since he has not been able to find a job so far, he has started to sell the items in his home to spot stores engaged in the second-hand goods trade. At the end of this course, there is no explanation that there will be any securities and real estate items left to sell.
4-) Our client is actually a skilled craftsman, a master craftsman. He is in danger of completely losing his family and health. However, the alcohol habit, which has now become an addiction, prevents him from thinking logically, making and implementing correct decisions, and therefore turning life circumstances in his favor, which are completely against him at the moment.
5-) For the reasons we have presented and explained above, it has been necessary to decide on the restriction of our client and to decide on the appointment of a guardian for him.
