SUBJECT : Fuzuli contains our request for evacuation due to the occupation and consists of our petition.
OUR EXPLANATIONS
1- The defendant, the property of which belongs to our plaintiff client and …. he lives as a tenant in an apartment located at the address … /… /… with a written lease agreement dated from the beginning … at a monthly price of TL.
2- The defendant has rented the leased property to … /… /… on … even though there is a condition in the lease agreement that the leased property cannot be transferred to anyone else.
3- Upon this situation, the plaintiff client informed the defendant ……. from the notary … / … /… date and … journal notice that he does not have consent to this issue and that the leased person should be reinstated within a month.
4- However, since the defendant did not reinstate the leased one despite this caveat, the obligation to open this case has resulted.
