1-) The deed … The Island, ……… The immovable property registered in the parcel number was signed by the father as his guardian and sold to the defendant with the declaration that my client is a minor.

2-) Thus, the said immovable property was registered in the title deed on behalf of the defendant, but ten years have not passed since. Whereas my client …/…./… was born and came of age at …/…/… with a transaction date on the deed. For this reason, it is not legal for the father to sell on behalf of the client.

3-) For this reason, it has become mandatory to file a lawsuit in order for the immovable property registered on behalf of the defendant to be registered in the title deed on behalf of the plaintiff with the cancellation of the title deed registration.
