
Execution and Bankruptcy Offense – Failure to Report the Increase in Property and Earnings After the Declaration of Property
Experiential goods or pursuant to a provision of the act, the increase in earnings of the debtor, the obligation to notify the goods to report earnings after the declaration of goods and a rise in the cost of committing a crime until seven days without an excuse acceptable to the Executive Office of the borrower in the case statement report (written or verbally) FIRST. m.he is punished under 339.
In accordance with the second paragraph of the article of the Law, the penalty for enforcement offenses is decided upon the complaint of the creditor. However, if the debtor pays the price subject to enforcement proceedings in full, this penalty will be reduced.
Of course, there must be an increase in assets or earnings for the debtor to be obliged to submit such a notification. Otherwise, it is unthinkable for the debtor to be punished under this article.
The court charged with looking into the crime is the Executive Criminal Court. The authorized court, on the other hand, is the court where the debtor’s processing center is located or the court where the follow-up is conducted.
