Bill
It is a document that you have to issue in exchange for the goods you sell and the services you perform.
If the amount of your sales to final consumers remains below 880 TL, it is possible to certify the sale with a retail sales receipt or pay recorder device receipt if you are using a pay recorder device, and you are not obliged to issue an invoice.
However, if the final consumers request an invoice for their purchases that are below 880 TL, you are obliged to issue an invoice.
The concept of final consumer refers to people who acquire, use or benefit from a good or service for themselves or their family without a commercial purpose.
You can print the invoices you will use in a printing house contracted with the Ministry of Finance, or you can use ready-made invoice volumes by having them certified by a notary.
The invoices you use must be the invoices containing the “return section”, which is arranged as described in the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedure Law No. 385, and at least two samples of them must be sent to the customer together with the goods.
Waybill

Pay Recorder Device (Cash Register) Receipt
According to the relevant tax laws, if you are making retail sales to final consumers, you must use a pay recorder device.
However, in line with the general opinion of the Revenue Administration;
Do not make a sale directly to the customer from your workplace, except for sales made over the Internet,
You receive the sales prices through the bank or by electronic means,
issue an invoice as described in the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedure Law No. 385 sequence,
under its terms, you are not obliged to use a pay recorder device.
