The parties, whose names are written above, decided to divorce of their own free will without any pressure, signed this protocol regulating the financial consequences of the divorce and the status of joint children and on October date, submitted it to the said court in addition to the agreed divorce petition they submitted to the Family Court.
ARTICLES OF THE PROTOCOL:
1) We, whose credentials are written above, are requesting a divorce and we are agreeing to a divorce by agreeing on the following issues.

However, even in these cases, the increase rate cannot exceed the annual PPI – CPI rate.
