Indicates that the divorce decision of a foreign court has been finalized with a commentary or document and apostille
Translation of the divorce decision issued by a foreign court into Turkish by a sworn translator and approval of this translation from a Notary or Consulate
Photocopy of passport and identity card
If the lawyer will be granted a power of attorney, the illustrated divorce power of attorney and power of attorney ‘authorize him to file a recognition and enforcement case for a divorce decision issued abroad’
