INSTRUCTIONS :
Antalya ….By the decision of the High Criminal Court … Decision No. 109/3-a, it was decided that the judicial control measures from the point of view of the client defendant … should be continued in accordance with Article 109/3-a of the CMK. The client has not been able to go abroad since the judicial control decision was made on the Defendant.
This decision made about the client leads to a serious degree of victimization of the accused Client, and it is necessary to decide on the “lifting of the ban on going abroad”. The client’s family lives in the country of his close circle … and the Client’s relations with this close circle in his country continue. However … the client who has not been able to go abroad since his/her history cannot see his/her family and acquaintances and is severely victimized because he/she has not been able to go abroad. Evidence has been collected about our client and there is no pending action. In this case, it is essential to observe that the expected benefit of judicial control is provided. For the reasons we have explained, we have been obliged to request from your court that the judicial control decision issued about our client be decided to be lifted.
