Subject: It consists in presenting my alibi for the testimony.
I was called as a witness by your court for the case I mentioned the main number above. I will have surgery at Okmeydanı State Hospital on 25/08/2015, which is the date of the hearing due to my health problems. Therefore, it is not possible for me to be present before the court on the day and time of the hearing where I was called as a witness. I would like to request that my alibi be accepted and my witness statement be received on the next hearing day.
