An example of a Petition for the Abolition of Child Support (Alimony for Poverty)

The Reasons for the Case for the Abolition of Alimony
Alimony is a monthly, which will be determined by the social and economic level of the person who will pay alimony and the person who will be paid. The alimony obligee has the right to file a lawsuit against the alimony assessed by the court with a request to have the alimony abolished if conditions arise for the abolition of the alimony. With the change in the financial situation or social and economic situation of the parties, the alimony borrower has the right to file a claim for reduction of alimony (reduction of alimony), and the alimony creditor has the right to file a claim for increase of alimony. An alimony cancellation lawsuit may be filed against the alimony paid by the alimony debtor in the event that the alimony creditor no longer needs the alimony. This situation will arise if the alimony creditor receives new income and gets a job.

In case of poverty alimony, if the alimony creditor dies, there is no need to file a lawsuit for the abolition of alimony. The obligation to pay alimony, which will also work if the alimony borrower dies, will disappear by itself. Alimony will disappear by itself in the event of the creditor’s death. In addition, the same situation will arise if the alimony creditor marries again. The alimony obligee does not need to file a lawsuit on behalf of the abolition of alimony in the event that the alimony creditor marries, alimony will be removed by itself.
