SUBJECT : According to the provisions of the Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence against Women and the Witness Protection Law No. 5726, it includes our request to change our identity and other relevant information and documents and consists of the submission of our petition.
OUR EXPLANATIONS
1-) Our client and the other party …./…/… they got married on the date. Since the date of the establishment of the marriage union, the other party has ill-treated our client in a way that is not befitting the marriage union, and has used physical, psychological and spiritual violence. Our client eloped and married the other party, and out of respect for the institution of marriage and in order to maintain the marital union, he has never considered divorce despite their joint children. However, the endless violence of the other side has resulted in the placement of our client in a shelter……….
2-) Shortly after our client settled in the shelter, the other party …. convicted of his crime, he entered prison on the date of /…/… and will be released on the date of /…/…. After the evacuation of our client, the safety of his life will be in trouble. Because after the other party entered prison, he followed the trail of our client through intermediaries and tried to reach him.
