Execution And Bankruptcy Offense 8

Execution and Bankruptcy Offense – Failure to Deliver the Requested Goods, Failure to be Present While Keeping Books, Failure to Comply with the Orders of the Bankruptcy Administration

Article 337/2 “The same penalty shall be imposed on those who oppose the provisions of articles 162, 209 and 216 upon the order to be issued by the bankruptcy administration. In case of fulfillment of the obligations specified in these articles, the penalty for enforcement offenses imposed shall be reduced.”

As mentioned above, the first paragraph of the text of the article has been canceled by the decision of the Constitutional Court, but since there is no cancellation decision on the second paragraph, enforcement offenses are in effect. As clearly stated in the text of the article, the penalty to be imposed will be reduced if the specified obligations are fulfilled.
