OUR EXPLANATIONS
1-) …/…/… from the court on the date the request was made through the submission of documents in the appendix, whether judicial assistance; …/…/… dated with the decision of the law, “judicial or those who are partially or fully deprived of the ability to pay the following costs” are not within the scope of legal aid to bet that my request was rejected.
October pay the trial or follow-up expenses partially or completely within the framework of the documents I have submitted in the annex to the petition, it is obvious that I lack the ability to follow the case partially or completely, and if my request for legal aid is not accepted, there is an explanation that I will have difficulty following the case.
