CASE AND DECISION: The provisions given by the Local Court were appealed, and the file was discussed according to the duration of the application and the nature of the decision, as well as the date of the crime.
Since there were no reasons for the rejection of the appeal request, the work was started on the merits.

CONCLUSION: Since the reasons for the appeal of Sultan Geyikci’s deputy, who is against the law and participated, are seen in the place of thought in the communique, it was decided to overturn the provisions, to send the file to the main / verdict court to be continued and concluded starting from the pre-trial stage of the trial, unanimously on 06.03.2015.
