SUBJECT : It consists of our request for eviction due to the tenant’s default.
REMARKS : 1- The defendant is the tenant, who belongs to my person and …. he is currently living as a tenant in accordance with the lease agreement dated at the initial date of the real estate located at his address and is currently paying monthly rent of TL.
2- Between the end of each month and the days of the rental prices in the lease agreement concluded between us and Dec Decedent ……….. Bank ……. Despite the fact that it was decided to deposit it into the account located in the branch, the defendant’s … year …. as for paying the overdue rental price due to the fact that it did not deposit the rental price for the month to the relevant account on the dates specified in the contract …. A notice has been sent to the defendant on the date of /… /… through his notary public, warning that if he does not pay the rental price within 30 days from the date of notification of the notice, he will be deemed in default in accordance with the Code of Obligations and an eviction case will be filed against him. Despite this, the rental price in question was not paid by the defendant.
3- As of this moment, this eviction case has been required to be opened due to the fact that the tenant has defaulted by not paying the TL rental price.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons described above, I sincerely ask and demand that the defendant be decided to evict the tenant who is sitting as a tenant, collect TL with unpaid rent, and pay the trial costs to the defendant.
