OUR EXPLANATIONS
1-) At the last hearing held on the date of the file registered on the above-mentioned basis of your court, in accordance with the opinion given by the prosecution, the conviction of the client defendant for the crime committed on it was decided.
2-) We believe that the above-mentioned written decision of your court was taken as a result of incomplete examination, therefore it is contrary to the procedure and the law. It is impossible for us to agree with this decision.
3-) Due to the fact that, according to the procedure, the period of applying for an appeal began with the announcement of the provision, the work was obliged to submit the petition to your court during this period.
