INSTRUCTIONS
1 -) In accordance with Article 51 of the Highway Traffic Law No. 2918, a total fine was imposed in an in absentia trial regarding a registered motorcycle on the charge of “exceeding the speed limit.” A traffic fine record in the amount of ………… TL was issued.
2 -) Our client was aware of this traffic fine while checking the motor vehicle tax status on the Revenue Administration’s website in the year…; however, since no notification was sent to him, he had no knowledge of the nature of the offense.
3 -) The regulation governing the procedures and principles for the issuance, collection, and enforcement of traffic administrative fine decision notices was prepared in accordance with Article 10, which stipulates that “the notification of the traffic administrative fine decision notice must be made within the statute of limitations for the investigation.” However, the aforementioned fine was not notified to our client within the statutory timeframe.

For the reasons we have explained, since the traffic citation in question—which should have been served but was finalized without being served—is contrary to the law, we are compelled to file a petition with your court for the annulment of the fine stated in the traffic citation that is the subject of this objection.
