In the divorce case registered with your court, we have also requested the division of property under the regime of ownership rights regarding the acquired assets. Although the parties have reached an agreement regarding the divorce, no agreement has yet been reached regarding the division of property. Therefore, since the case may not be resolved for a long time, we are obligated to request the separation of the cases so that the division of the disputed property can be addressed in a separate proceeding.
