STATEMENTS
1-My client is a well-known and well-liked businessperson in his city. He is in the clothing and textile trade. He leads a successful and happy life.
2-My client has been receiving messages from people he does not know for a long time, and calls to his work and home phones are disturbing him. My client currently lives alone in his home, and the callers speak with altered voices; what they say is unclear, or they simply breathe silently. My client is in a state of deep fear and anxiety due to this situation.
3- My client believes that the individuals making indecent proposals to. Him on the grounds that he lives alone, and those calling me from. This phone to harass me, are the same people.
4- For this reason, we request that my client’s phones be tapped,. That those harassing him be identified, and that a lawsuit be filed to. Ensure their punishment.
