2-Our client, who exhibited feminine behaviors during adolescence and experienced significant psychological and hormonal imbalances, has not undergone various medical examinations or treatments in this context. Consequently, based on analyses conducted by medical personnel—and as our client acknowledges—she should be identified as a woman.
3-Our client is a woman following the surgeries she has undergone. This fact is clearly evident from reports obtained from fully equipped hospitals, as well as from our client’s appearance and behavior.
4-For these reasons, we request that our client be officially recognized as a woman.
