SUBJECT: Our Duppet Petition.
EXPLANATIONS:
1- We reiterate our initial objections and responses previously. Submitted to your court regarding the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff.
2- Meanwhile, the matters stated in the plaintiff’s petition in response to the answer are new matters not mentioned in the petition at all. These should be considered within the scope of expanding the scope of the case. We do not accept the plaintiff’s statements. We request the court to evaluate the case within the scope of this expansion. These are as follows:
