EXPLANATIONS: 1-My client is a well-known and beloved merchant in the city. She works in women’s clothing. My client is a young and successful woman.
2-My client has been receiving anonymous letters from unknown individuals for a long time and is being harassed on both her work and home phones. When my client is home alone, the caller either speaks in a muffled voice or does not speak at all, which frightens her.
3- We believe that the anonymous person who makes indecent proposals to my client and dares to live alone is the same person or persons who write unsigned letters to my client.
4- My client has no peace at work or at home. Therefore, we request that you identify the person or persons harassing my client by listening. To the home, work, and cell phone numbers listed below and file. A lawsuit to have them punished.
