SUBJECT: Request to increase the monthly rent in TL for the new period.
EXPLANATIONS:
1- The defendant, who is my tenant and resides at the apartment located at the address, is residing as a tenant in the apartment in accordance with the initial lease agreement dated …/…/…. He is currently paying a monthly rent of TL.
2- The defendant was notified through a notary on …… that the monthly rent for the new period was increased from … TL to … TL. Although the defendant received the notification, they did not increase the rent in any way.
3- Due to developments in today’s economic conditions, it has become necessary to increase rent prices. Furthermore, it will be seen that the aforementioned increase is a normal amount of increase compared to the previous fair rent prices.
4- Commercial For these reasons, it has become necessary to file this rent determination lawsuit in order to re-determine and increase the rent paid by the defendant.
LEGAL GROUNDS: The Code of Obligations, the Code of Civil Procedure, and other relevant legislation.
LEGAL EVIDENCE: The lease agreement dated …/…/… as the starting date, the warning dated …/…/…, expert reports, comparable fair rent prices, witness statements, and any other legal evidence notarized by a notary public, if necessary.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons explained above, I sincerely request and demand that the monthly rent be determined in TL and increased to TL for the new period, and that the litigation costs be borne by the defendant.
