Since the debtor named in the attachment notice in question has no rights or receivables with the client, we object to the first attachment notice made within the specified period.
Furthermore, attachment decisions cover specific and existing claims known to third parties on the date of notification to the debtor; attachment proceedings cannot be carried out for claims that may arise in the future. Therefore, we also object to your request for attachment for future rights and claims.
