You must pay the debt and collection costs (security deposit) within (7) days of the date of service of this payment order; if you object to the entire debt or part thereof, or to the creditor’s right to pursue the debt, or if the signature on the promissory note is not yours, you must also clearly state this within the same (7) days; otherwise, this promissory note will be deemed to have been drawn up by you in the enforcement proceedings; if you deny the signature, you must be present at the hearing in the enforcement court; failure to comply will result in your objection being temporarily lifted;

if you do not notify the enforcement office of your objection to the promissory note or debt in writing or verbally within seven days, you must submit a statement of assets within the same period in accordance with Article 74, otherwise you will be subject to imprisonment; if you do not submit a statement of assets or make a false statement, you will be subject to imprisonment; You must provide an address belonging to you along with your objection for the lawsuit and enforcement proceedings. I f you change your address but do not provide a new address within the country and your new address cannot be determined, the notification sent to the address specified in the enforcement request shall be deemed to have been made to you. If the debt is not paid or no objection is made, compulsory enforcement shall continue.
