
Pursuant to Article 35, the request for service of the payment order shall be made in accordance with Article 35 of the Service of Process Law. According to Article 35 of the Law, the person to whom service is effected in accordance with the procedures specified in the Law shall be served at their address or to them personally.
A person who changes their address is obligated to immediately notify the court that served them of their new address. In this case, subsequent notifications shall be made to the new address provided. If the person who has changed their address does not notify their new address and their residence address cannot be determined in the address registration system, a copy of the document to be notified shall be posted on the door of the building at the old address, and the date of notification shall be considered the date of notification.
Thereafter, notifications made to the old address shall be deemed to have been made to the addressee. Even if no notification has been made previously,
if it has been made, the addresses in the official records shall be taken as the basis for legal entities, and the provisions of this article shall apply.
Applies. If a Turkish citizen whose address abroad has been previously notified changes their foreign address and fails to notify the notifying authority, and their residence address cannot be determined from the address registration system, the notification shall be deemed to have been made shall be deemed to have been made thirty days after the date on which the Turkish Embassy or Consulate confirms that the notification sent in accordance with Article 25/a was made to the address abroad where notification was previously made.
