EXPLANATIONS:
1- My client had never met the defendant before the incident and had no close relationship with him. My client, who regularly took his clothes to a dry cleaner called …, left his shirt there on the day of the incident. When he returned to pick up his shirt, he saw the defendant arguing with an employee inside.
2- My client said he was in a hurry and wanted to pick up his shirt immediately if possible. The employee there put the shirt on the counter to pack it immediately and went to the back storage room to get wrapping paper. Annoyed by this interruption, the defendant became angry, tore my client’s shirt, and insulted him.
3- The destruction of this shirt, which was given to him by his father, and the insults directed at my client deeply upset him. We are filing a complaint against the defendant for the crimes of insult and damage to property committed against my client, whom he had never met before.
