INSTRUCTIONS
1-) Our client …. ….. has a son named …… ….. born on …/…/…. in ……. (ATTACHMENT 1). Regarding our client’s son, whose file number is …./…, it has been decided that there are no grounds for prosecution of the minor because he had not reached the age of 12 at the time of the offense (ATTACHMENT 2).
2-) The client’s spouse passed away when the children were still very young. Therefore, she is trying to take care of her child on her own. However, she is struggling to meet both the household needs and the care and expenses of her child on her own. She wants her child to complete his education and have a good profession, but she believes that she cannot afford it within her financial means. Although the young child is not yet 12 years old, he is greatly influenced by his friends in his neighborhood. Although he does not have a personality prone to committing crimes, he is greatly influenced by his environment and friends.
3-) Due to our client’s financial difficulties arising from the crime defined in the Child Protection Act, it has become necessary to decide on the proper care of the child until he/she receives a good education, the coverage of the child’s care expenses, and, if necessary, the placement of the child in a boarding school, dormitory, or care home, as well as the request for the child to be placed under protection for minor reasons.
