Enforcement of the Provisional Attachment Order
The creditor must request enforcement of the provisional attachment order within ten days of the date on which the order was issued. If the creditor does not request enforcement of the lien within ten days, the lien shall automatically lapse and cannot be enforced thereafter.
The enforcement of the provisional attachment order must be requested from the enforcement office located in the jurisdiction of the court that issued the provisional attachment order. Complaints regarding the enforcement of the provisional attachment order must be filed with the enforcement court to which the enforcement office conducting the enforcement proceedings is affiliated.
