EXPLANATIONS:
1-Our client was expropriated by the administration on……. Date for the purpose of constructing ……. on a……. M2 plot of land registered in ……. district, ……. neighborhood, ……. block, ……. parcel, ……. province, belonging to the defendant.
2-The defendant filed a lawsuit on …… requesting an increase in the expropriation compensation under file number ……. The lawsuit was concluded with the court’s decision dated ……. and numbered ……. The decision was also notified to the parties on……. During the appeal process and became final.
3-The administration sent a notice to the defendant on……. Requesting the transfer of title in the land registry.
4-Despite this notice sent by our administration, the defendant has not yet completed the transfer of title in the land registry.
