2-As a result of the divorce, custody of the couple’s child, born on ……, was granted to the mother. This decision did not award alimony for the child. However, due to the deterioration of living conditions and the increase in the child’s expenses and school fees, our client ……. filed a lawsuit with the Civil Court of First Instance under file number ……. E. requesting alimony for the child.
