EXPLANATIONS:
1-The defendant owns a plot of land adjacent to our client’s property, registered in the land registry as ……. Province, ……. District, ……. Village, ……. Block, ……. Parcel, with an area of … m2. There is a house on our client’s property.
2-Access to our client’s house and land is not possible because the main road is located behind the defendant’s land. On one side of our client’s land is a factory wall belonging to MKE, and on the other side is a swamp. Our client is forced to use the defendant’s land to access the road. Our client has made an offer to the defendant, requesting that the road be opened in exchange for appropriate compensation. The defendant has rejected our client’s request.
3-We are requesting that our client be granted a right of way.
LEGAL BASIS: Civil Code, Code of Civil Procedure, and other relevant legislation.

RESPONSE PERIOD: 10 days.
