EXPLANATIONS:
1-Our client is a founding member of the defendant ……. association. He served as the founding president of the association, which was founded in 19.. and was a member of the management and audit boards in various periods. During this time, he paid his dues regularly, participated in all the activities of the association without exception and defended the goals and principles of the association everywhere.
