According to the Turkish Penal Code, prosecutors can give half of the sentence to suspects for 13 crimes, including “Forgery in money”, “Making noise”, “Endangering traffic safety”, “Unjustified rape”, “Intentionally endangering general security”, “Making Deceptive statements in the editing of an official document”.
