1-) Our client … …, … a model passenger car with license plates ../../…. In his past… He stopped at a red light while driving on the Boulevard. Despite the written statement our client gave to the Insurance Company, the traffic accident detection report and the repair cost invoice received from the Authorized Service, the insurance company paid only … TL to our client for the repair of the vehicle. Oct paid by the Insurance Company (Annex 6) The amount paid by the Insurance Company is not sufficient to cover the damage of the vehicle. Our client, despite paying his premiums in full and on time, has been victimized by the Insurance Company regarding the repair of the damage to his vehicle. (Oct. 7)
