This economic hardship, which he is still experiencing, has also disrupted family relations over time and eventually led to his wife settling down with her own family, taking their common children with her.
3-) Our client had to sell his shop to pay his debts. After he was forced to close his business. However, the money he received from the sale was able to cover only part of his debts. Due to the problems he has experienced, he has become increasingly dependent on alcohol, which he drinks only for pleasure on good days.

The relevant persons whose names are on the witness list (October 2) that we submitted in the annex to our petition about this situation will make statements about the situation if it is deemed appropriate by your court. Meanwhile, at the address where he started working at the minimum wage, Kain was also dismissed from his job due to alcohol in December. Dec. (Oct-3) Since he could not find a job until today after this date, he started selling the items in his house to spot stores that trade second-hand goods. At this rate, he won’t have anything left to sell in the near future.
4-) Our client is actually a skilled craftsman. He is in danger of losing his family and his health completely. But the alcohol habit, which has now turned into an addiction, prevents him from thinking logically, making the right decisions and applying them, and therefore turns the living conditions that are completely against him at the moment in his favor.
5-) For the reasons we have tried to explain above, it was necessary to decide on the restriction of our client and the appointment of a guardian for him. Our client’s older brother…. Currently resides at the address and is volunteering for the appointment of a guardian. He is ready to do his part if deemed appropriate by your court.
