The report was written without sufficient research and examination and contains calculation errors. Therefore, the report does not reflect the truth.
Therefore, it is impossible for there to be a basis for a court decision.
For these reasons explained, it has become necessary to object to the expert report in question by the defendant’s attorney and request that a new expert board be examined and receive the report.
