SUBJECT : It consists of our eviction request due to the need for a workplace.
EXPLANATIONS :
1-In accordance with the lease agreement concluded between the defendant tenant and the client on Dec. 12.12.2016, the defendant has rented an m2 shop at the address of our client for TL per month.
2- The son of the plaintiff client … for many years ……..He resides in . …/… /… He will definitely return to Turkey on the date and will open a. Store in the aforementioned store.
3- The defendant was notified of the eviction notice due to the need for a workplace through a notary public, and since he had not vacated the real estate yet, despite the fact that the lease agreement had expired, an eviction case had to be filed.
