A GOOD SALES CONTRACT

7.2. These bills of exchange are promissory notes payable, and if the BUYER does not fulfill one of his obligations under this agreement, the bills of exchange on the next date will become due, and the SELLER will be able to request payment of all the bills of exchange from the BUYER without waiting for the due date.
😎 TERMINATION AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
8.1. If the BUYER does not deliver the invoices on the date specified in this agreement, this agreement shall terminate by itself. In this case, the SELLER may request compensation for any damage from the BUYER.
8.2. If the SELLER does not fulfill its obligations arising from this agreement on the dates specified in the agreement, the BUYER may terminate the agreement without giving any time. In this case, the BUYER may request compensation for any damages from the SELLER.
8.3. This agreement shall terminate spontaneously when all the obligations specified in the agreement have been fulfilled by the parties and the parties do not have any demands from each other.
9-) DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND COMPETENT AUTHORITY
In the resolution of disputes that may arise from this agreement or the interpretation of the articles of the agreement …. courts and enforcement offices are authorized.
