What is the Expert Report?
If experts in their field report, the reports in which they reveal all the information and opinions that they have information about are called expert witness reports. When the technical knowledge is insufficient for the parties to defend themselves and prove themselves in court cases, it is the full reports that they want to be prepared by contacting the experts. Nowadays, these expert reports prepared by experts are evidence for cases. This method is needed in some court cases where technical and special knowledge is insufficient.

INSTRUCTIONS :
1-) Our objections to the expert report /…/… prepared and submitted to the file in relation to the case file registered in the above-mentioned basis of your court are as follows:
2-) As it will be remembered, this case was filed by the plaintiff to ensure that the payment he made to the insured due to the workplace insurance policy, which includes internal flood coverage, is collected from our client. Our client is held responsible as a tenant and for causing damage due to his own use.
