Rules for those involved in traffic accidents
Article 81 – Those involved in a traffic accident;
a) If they are on the move, stop immediately so as not to pose an additional danger to the course of traffic and take the necessary measures for traffic safety at the scene of the accident Oct,

d) The accident is notified to the authorized and duty officers, does not leave the scene of the accident until they arrive or without their permission,
e) Drivers who damage a vehicle, goods or cargo while the driver, vehicle owner or related persons are not present, find the owner or related persons of the vehicle, goods or goods they have damaged, determine the situation if they cannot find the related persons, and leave written information about the damaged thing to the relevant police.
